Alucoat Conversion has in 24.000m2 of industrial facilities, the last generation machinery focused on printing and lacquering Coil & Foil, as well as the manufacture of Aluminium Honeycomb.

Bilacquering and film plastic laminating machine with printing line
This machine is capable of processing a wide range of thicknesses of aluminium (20-300 microns) allowing a maximum foil width of 1280 mm. All controls for optimal application of the lacquers (weight, quantity of solvent viscosity) are performed automatically and continuously throughout the process.

Printing machine with lacquering line
With a range of thicknesses of aluminium between 20-80 microns, allows a maximum foil width of 1.280mm. This rotogravure machine prints a maximum of eight colours.

New line of degreasing and pre-treatment
This is a line capable of processing all the aluminium alloys in the market. It is intended for degrease and pre-treatment of aluminium with thickness between 60 microns and 0.8 mm and a maximum width of 1,600 mm.

New lacquering line
Unique in the world for its technical features and its capabilities, this line is able to lacquer aluminium from 60 microns to 0.6 mm thick with a maximum width of 1,600 mm. It allows the application of all types of liquid lacquers, offering lacquered aluminium with the highest features and oriented to the most exigent markets.

Line of degreasing and pre-treatment for aluminium honeycomb
Specially designed to process the alloys used in manufacturing of aluminium honeycomb, with a thickness from 40 to 100 microns and a maximum width of 1,000 mm.

Printing and cutting machine for honeycomb
It is able to produce aluminium honeycomb up to 1900 mm wide and 22 meters in length across the range of cell sizes and densities that the market requires.

Press for blocks
Thanks to its automatic control of pressure and temperature it is able to produce blocks of honeycomb with the highest quality and excellent properties.

Sawing machine for cutting slices of honeycomb
Using a circular blade thanks to its design and modern technology allows cutting slices with high speed and accuracy.

Expansion machine
Produce expanded honeycomb sheets up to 5 meters in length and 100 mm thick.
