Facilities to enhace quality

Alucoat Conversion is distinguished by the use of a cutting edge technology to produce a wide range of semi-finished products derived from aluminium: lacquered aluminium for cooling fins, lacquered aluminium for building products (insulation for roofs, fences, walls, ... ), lacquered and printed aluminium for the pharmaceutical industry(blister, cold forming, closures ...), lacquered aluminium for food packaging and semi-finished lids and printed aluminium for catering, and aluminium honeycomb.

The Quality Department of Alucoat Conversion has an advanced technology laboratory where several tests are conducted: raw materials, semi-finished product and the final product. Due to a Total Quality System, product quality throughout the process of printing and coating of aluminium is guaranteed. Furthermore, all controls for optimal application of the lacquers (weight, quantity of solvent, viscosity) are performed automatically and continuously, through the electronic assistance of the machinery.

Alucoat Conversion has a Quality Management System, certified by ISO 9001:2000.

Alucoat has its own R & D department, where, due to the training of research personnel and material resources that are available, have completed the development of products and processes that makes Alucoat one of the most advanced companies in its sector.
