Alucoat® prelac is the designation for the last generation system on degreasing and chemical pre-treatment of aluminium foil. Aluminium between 50 and 500 microns thick with a maximum wide of 1.600 mm.
Recommended alloys:
EN AW 8011A, EN AW 8006, EN AW 3005, EN AW 3105, (according to European Standards (EN 573-3)). Customer can specify its needs in order to choose the best thickness, alloy and temper of the metal.
Temper:
Hard and Semi-Hard tempered, with residual oils on surface from lamination process: O, H12, H18, H22, H24 and H26.
